Companies for Kids Volunteer Day @ CHLA

Yesterday, we had the honor of being invited to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles for #MakeMarchMatter Volunteer Day. Grounded Kidswear has officially partnered with CHLA for the "Companies for Kids" program, allowing us to visit CHLA kids for a monthly day of service benefiting patients, families and caregivers. We had a great time playing, coloring and doing arts & crafts with outpatient families and look forward to the next opportunity to help. If you want to help from home, 20% of all Grounded Kidswear purchases in the month of March benefit CHLA. Start shopping and help make March matter!

Mega Miracle Day

As an official launch event for #MakeMarchMatter, the team at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles hosted Mega Miracle Day yesterday at the beautiful Taglyan Complex in Hollywood. Grounded Kidswear was invited and honored as a participating partner, and there we were greeted with an amazing lunch, inspiring speeches, and hearts full of appreciation. Every year we look forward to partnering with CHLA and hope to see our relationship blossom as we bring much-needed support to the lives of sick children.   REMEMBER: For the month of March, Grounded Kidswear pledges 20% of all sales to the Children's Hospital of Los Angeles.

The worldwide impact of the Women's March will undoubtedly be included in history books for future generations to learn about. Many members of the "future" society (aka babies) showed up and some even made signs. Here are some of our favorite activists under 5 years old, as spotted by Buzzfeed:   It's all about this. #WomensMarch pic.twitter.com/gvjdzBge2x — Zanti Misfit (@ZantiMisft) January 21, 2017     #WomensMarch #OaklandWomensMarch pic.twitter.com/subdpJ5Q1o — Erin Rich (@erinLrich) January 21, 2017     Little black girls, you warm my heart. #WomensMarchOnWashington pic.twitter.com/5HVDLNcRoO — Kiara Nelson (@KiaraLynne__) January 21, 2017   Spotted...
